Late checkout, offered on every booking.

You build your catalogue — early check-in, late checkout, a cot, transfers, whatever you sell — and switch it on whenever you like. The guest asks from the link they already have open, you say yes or no, and it is charged through the gateway you have set up.

The walkthrough, in text.

The panel is built for a computer screen and on a phone it cannot be followed with a spotlight on top. These are the same steps.

  1. 01

Requests arrive in the guest's own words.

Not a mute form with a ticked box. Every request carries the note the guest wrote — «we'll get in around 2:30» — and the booking it belongs to. With that you decide in five seconds, without opening anything else.

  2. 02

And they do not move on their own.

Approving or declining is a person's call. It is the same rule that holds for all of NYMA: the system prepares it, you decide. An extra accepted on its own would be a promise made in your name.

  3. 03

    The usual three, already written.

Early check-in, late checkout and an extra night come ready made. Switch them on when you want and off the same way: there is nothing to write before you can offer them.

  4. 04

    Each with its own condition.

Early check-in only makes sense if the night before is free, and the calendar knows that. Which is why an extra is not a loose piece of text: it checks occupancy before it can be offered.

  5. 05

    The catalogue is yours.

Whatever is not here cannot be requested. Every extra carries its name, its price and whether it is switched on, and that list is all the guest will see in their link.

  6. 06

    And it grows with you.

Airport transfer, welcome basket, mid-stay cleaning: whatever you actually sell. It is not a closed list handed down to you.

  7. 07

What gets accepted and what does not.

By type of extra, and over the requests you approved. Look at the line underneath, written by the panel itself: «no online payment». What adds up here is what you said yes to, not what you charged.

Your guest asks from the link they already have open.

Nothing to download, no account to create and no other page to go to. They are reading the house guide and the extra is right there inside it.

The same link as always

The property's QR does not change because you added extras: the request lives inside the guide the guest is already reading.

Tied to one booking

Every request arrives attached to its booking and its dates, so you know whose it is and when it is for without asking.

And answered, not ignored

When you approve or decline, the guest gets the answer wherever they wrote to you from. An unanswered request is worse than one never offered.

You sell whatever you decide

Early check-in, late checkout and an extra night come ready. You create and edit the rest yourself — transfers, baskets, a mid-stay clean — with your price and your conditions.

And it is charged through your gateway

You set up your payment gateway and the guest pays from the link. The money goes to your account and does not pass through NYMA.

Half an hour and you see it over your own catalogue.

With your extras, your prices and your calendar in front of you. If it does not fit, we will say so on the call.
