Your guests get a good answer, even at night.

It answers over WhatsApp, SMS and the Airbnb, Booking or Vrbo threads your PMS brings in. At any hour, in the guest's language, with their booking in hand. You start by reviewing every reply; the topics it masters, it answers on its own.

The phone shows the real NYMA panel. First the inbox, with conversations ordered and the ones with a reply waiting kept apart. Marta's opens: she asks whether she can drop the bags off before check-in time. The agent has already written the reply and left it tucked away at the bottom, on a single line, severity first. Unfolded, you see the whole text, the three lookups it made before writing it — the booking, the previous check-out and the early check-in price — and that add-on attached with its amount. The host taps “Edit”, adds a line of their own at the end, and sends.

The walkthrough, in text.

The panel is laid out for desktop and below 1024px it cannot be followed with a spotlight on top. These are the same steps.

  1. 01

One thread per guest, not a mailbox.

The left-hand column is the open conversations: each with its guest, the channel they write on and the property it belongs to. It carries its own search at the top, for when the list stops fitting on one screen.

  2. 02

And it filters by what you are doing.

Pending, the ones asking for attention and the ones set to manual, each with its count beside it. Below that, channel and property. Filtering by «pending» is the short way to see only what is waiting on you.

  3. 03

You always know how many replies are waiting.

How many replies are waiting for review, and two arrows to jump to the next one without going back to the list. It answers to «n» and «p» as well. It is what turns «go through the messages» into a queue with an end.

  4. 04

The context is in the header, not in your memory.

Who is writing, on which channel, about which property and for which dates. It is the same context the agent drafted the reply with: that guest's synced booking, not a template that fits everyone.

  5. 05

The reply arrives written, not sent.

The agent drafts it and it stays there, at the end of the thread and unsent. The guest has received nothing yet: what is on screen is a proposal waiting for a person.

  6. 06

You fix it before it goes out.

Edit opens what it wrote in place: you change what you would not have put that way and your version is the one that leaves, not its own. And if the reply is off, you discard it right there.

  7. 07

And it goes out when you approve it.

You press, you confirm, and then it sends. Same rule as the rest of the product: the system prepares, you decide. A message sent in your name that you never read cannot be taken back.

  8. 08

Or you switch it off and answer yourself.

The toggle in the header pauses the assistant on that conversation: it stops drafting and the thread goes manual, with no trip to a settings screen. Switching it back on is just as quick.

Approving is where you start, not the deal.

Nobody lets a machine answer their guests on day one, and NYMA does not ask you to. What it does is show you when you can stop watching, topic by topic.

Week one: you look at everything

Every reply waits for you already written, with the booking in front of it. You approve and it goes. It is a gesture, not a task: it takes as long as reading it.

Then you hand over the usual ones

Once you have approved twenty wifi replies in a row without changing a comma, NYMA tells you and asks whether to take that one over. If you say yes, those questions go out on their own — at three in the morning and at weekends too — and you keep the odd ones. You take it back whenever you like, with one button.

And what it does not know, it does not invent

It answers with what you have told it about that property. Asked something that is not there, it does not fill the gap: it leaves the conversation waiting for a person.

Try it with the questions you get every day, including the 3am ones.

See it with your properties and PMS in half an hour. If it is not a fit, we will say so.
