Your assistant answers. It never makes things up.

Every property has its own file: the wifi, the boiler, where to park, what is not allowed. NYMA fills it in from your own messages and from what a guest once asked that nobody could answer. You approve every addition before it goes live.

The walkthrough, in text.

The panel is laid out for desktop and below 1024px it cannot be followed with a spotlight on top. These are the same steps.

  1. 01

It starts with what you already know.

Your previous replies become suggestions. None goes in by itself. You review and approve every one.

  2. 02

Then what someone once found missing.

Complaints become improvements for the next stay. If a specific detail is missing, it does not make one up.

  3. 03

    You decide what gets published.

Each suggestion shows which property it is for and where it came from. Edit, approve or reject it. Without your approval, it does not get saved.

Every property keeps its own answers.

Information never gets mixed between properties. Nothing moves from suggestion to answer without your permission.

One base per property

The flat downtown and the house by the beach do not share the wifi, the check-in hours or where the electricity meter is. Each one has its own answers, so what is right in one never turns up in the other.

Written with what you already answered

It is not a generic template filling in blanks: what goes in is things you already said at your property. And you can see where every suggestion came from — the reply of yours it is based on.

And what is not approved waits

A suggestion nobody approves just waits, for as long as it takes. Even if the same guest asks the same thing three times, it does not publish itself: it needs you to say yes.

Half an hour and you see it over your own properties.

With your history in front of you, and the suggestions list full of things you already wrote. If it does not fit, we will say so on the call.
