Privacy policy

Draft. It describes what this site actually does, but it still needs a legal review and the company's registration details.

Who handles your data

The data controller is NYMA. Registered name: PENDIENTE. Tax ID: PENDIENTE. Registered address: PENDIENTE. Write to demo@getnyma.com about anything on this page.

What we collect, and only when you type it

There is no sign-up and there are no accounts on this site. The only thing that collects personal data is the form for booking a demo, and it asks for: your name, your email, your company, your phone number, your role in it, what kind of properties you run and how many, which PMS you use, which channels your guests write from, what you most need to fix, when suits you for the call, and whatever you want to tell us in the free text field.

What for

To call you, to prepare that half hour with your case in front of us, and to tell you whether NYMA fits you or not. Nothing else. It is not used for advertising and it is not cross-referenced with anything.

On what legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box before sending the form. You can withdraw it whenever you like by writing to demo@getnyma.com, and withdrawing it costs you nothing.

Who else sees it

We do not sell or hand over your data. Two services are involved, these two and no others: Resend, which delivers the email with your request to our inbox, and Vercel, where this site is hosted. If you also choose to book the time in the calendar, that calendar is run by Calendly and whatever you type there is handled by Calendly; that only happens if you press its button, and you are told beforehand.

For how long

While there is an open conversation with you, and until you ask us to delete it. If you tell us it is not for you, it gets deleted.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, by writing to demo@getnyma.com. And if you think we are not doing it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
