Your whole operation. Without ten open tabs.
Calendar, bookings, night-by-night pricing, accounts and the day's tasks, all on one screen. And when something breaks, the provider gets a link, closes it from there, and never has to create an account.
The dashboard, running.
Below is NYMA's real dashboard. Follow the walkthrough or try it yourself.
The walkthrough, in text.
The panel is laid out for desktop and below 1024px it cannot be followed with a spotlight on top. These are the same steps.
- 01
It opens on what is coming.
The first thing you see is not last month closed out: it is how full you are for the next two weeks, the average, and how far you sit from target. Each bar is a day — click one and the day's bookings come up.
- 02
Revenue and occupancy, against last month.
The two figures for the month, each with its change against last month and its line for the recent days. A number on its own does not tell you the month is going well: it tells you there is a number.
- 03
The day-to-day, and one click into everything.
Who is arriving, who is leaving, how many units are occupied, the tasks and the alerts, most urgent first. Every line is a link: you go straight into the booking, the alert or the task without touching the menu.
- 04
Where the money comes from.
How much you earn in the period, split by where the booking came from — Airbnb, Booking, direct — and which bookings it came from. This is for reading, not touching: each platform is managed on its own screen.
- 05
And the period is yours to pick.
Change the period and the chart, the platform split and your properties ranked all recalculate together. The two monthly figures do not move: they are the month's, not the period's.
- 06
Your average nightly rate, and what each property earns you.
What you charge on average per night, and what each property earns you, compared with last month. They are read here; to change a price, night by night, that is the pricing screen.
- 07
Who is arriving, and one click inside.
Who is arriving, at which property, how many nights and where they booked through. Each row opens its booking, and «view all» opens the full list.
- 08
The target, property by property.
The dial compares the month against target. Below it, every property with its bar and its target mark, high to low: you see at a glance which one is carrying the group and which one is dragging it.
One front page for your whole day.
The walkthrough shows the dashboard. Everything else lives in the same panel — the calendar, the bookings, the inbox where you approve messages, the finances — though you cannot touch it here.
Calendar
Five ways to look at the same calendar: one property or all of them at once. It is for looking, not touching — to move a booking you still go to your PMS.
Reservations
The full list of bookings, with every detail behind each one. This is where the arrivals and the forecast bars above lead.
Pricing
Set night by night, not one rate per season. What the dashboard sums up as your average rate and what each property earns you gets edited here.
Finances
Exported to PDF and Excel, for whatever has to leave the panel and land in your accountant's books.
Tasks and alerts
Counted in today's activity, and each one has its own screen: you get in from the counter.
Issues that close themselves
A guest flags something broken — a Sunday, ten at night, whenever it happens — and it becomes an issue. The technician gets a link and marks it done without ever needing a NYMA account. The loop closes without anyone chasing anyone by phone.
Half an hour and you see it over your own properties.
With your calendar, your bookings and your numbers in front of you. If it does not fit, we will say so on the call.
