Start from a template.
Choose warm host, elegant boutique, direct and clear, or with spark. Then adjust the tone, the style and what it never says.

Preview the reply before applying it.
The next column shows you how it would answer. Change a rule and watch the reply change.

Nothing changes until you save.
The header tells you when changes are unsaved. You decide whether to save them or bin them. Nothing applies until you say so.
