WhatsApp, SMS, Airbnb, Booking and Vrbo. One inbox.

Stop opening a different place for every message. It makes no difference if it arrives at 3am or on a Sunday: it lands in the same place as everything else, with the property and booking beside it.

The walkthrough, in text.

The panel is laid out for desktop and below 1024px it cannot be followed with a spotlight on top. These are the same steps.

  1. 01

One column, and what arrives by different routes lands in it.

Threads from every property sit in the same list. They are ordered by when something actually happened, not by when the record was updated in the background. At the top is what is waiting on your review, with its own heading; below it, the rest. They are two different groups, and that is why the line is drawn: without it, the list would look badly sorted when it is not.

  2. 02

One search for the whole inbox.

It crosses the guest's name, the last message and the stay dates at once, without asking you first which route the conversation came in by. It searches exactly what you see in the row: if you can see it, you can search it.

  3. 03

And two axes to narrow it: channel and property.

On the left sit the fixed pills — all, pending, attention, manual — and the middle two carry their count beside them. On the right, the two dropdowns work just as well with all your properties as with six of them. The counts do not lie: each number already accounts for the other active filters, so picking one channel does not make the rest vanish. And a filter with a single value does not appear at all, because it would not filter anything.

  4. 04

Every row says where its conversation came from.

Under the last message is a line with the channel that thread comes in on, the property and the stay dates. On the right are two marks, kept separate on purpose: one says whether a reply is waiting for approval, the other whether that thread is on manual. One used to hide the other, and they are two different things. That is what makes a mixed queue readable without opening anything.

  5. 05

The review queue is not the inbox.

This bar counts what is waiting on your review across the WHOLE inbox, and jumps to the next one with the arrows or with the «n» and «p» keys. It does not go in arrival order: it jumps to what is most urgent first, not what is oldest. So the next pending one may be another property and another channel, and getting to it does not go through the list.

  6. 06

And the header says where you landed.

After a jump you need to know whose thread this is. Here it is: the guest, the property, the stay dates and how many messages are loaded. Beside them, the channel the last reply went out on. One single queue only works if the open thread costs you nothing to place.

A message comes in and goes straight to the top.

It does not matter where your guest sent it from. It is in the same list as the rest, with the property and the dates of their booking beside it.

Works today

How you work in here

  • A guest writes and their message appears at the top, with nothing to refresh. Beside it you have which property they are asking about and which days they are coming.
  • Up top you see how many replies are waiting. Press the arrow and move to the next one without going back to the list.
  • Every message carries where it came in from, so you know whether you are replying on WhatsApp or in the Airbnb thread without going to check.
  • And if you leave the tab and come back half an hour later, it is up to date. It does not show you yesterday morning.

Depends on your PMS

Where guests can write to you

  • WhatsApp and SMS always come in, whatever PMS you have.
  • Airbnb, Booking or Vrbo messages come in through your PMS. Both of the ones connected today — Hostaway and Smoobu — bring them.
  • And you reply in the same thread they wrote in, without opening the platform's own app.
  • On the call we tell you exactly which channels you will have, which is what matters — not what is possible in general.

Stop opening a different app for every message.

See your properties, channels and conversations together in half an hour. We will also confirm which connections are active.
