Explain every stay just once.

Guests find the arrival, the wifi and the checkout on their phone. From that same link they leave their details before travelling, ask for an extra and report a fault. You publish one QR per property.

The walkthrough, in text.

The editor is built for a computer screen and on a phone it cannot be followed with a spotlight on top. These are the same steps. The guest phone further up does work here, and it is the real one.

  1. 01

This is what your guest sees.

The phone in the middle is not a drawing: it is the real guide, painted by the same code that publishes it. Change something and it repaints straight away, and that is exactly what whoever books will open.

  2. 02

    The colours, already chosen.

Each set changes the background, the cards and the text at once, so there is no way to leave it half painted. Your brand colour goes on top, and if it does not read well against the background it adjusts itself until it does.

  3. 03

And eight ways to lay it out.

This is not changing colour: each one orders the whole guide differently, with the same words inside. You can try three here; a customer has all of them.

  4. 04

    The cover and the greeting.

With no photo of its own it takes the property's; and with none of those it paints a background from your colour. It never leaves a grey hole. You write the property name once in the greeting and it comes out filled in on every guide.

  5. 05

    You set the order.

You drag the sections around. Arrival and wifi cannot be hidden. They are the two NYMA sends the guest to when they ask for a code. Without them it would have to write the code into a message.

  6. 06

    What you can put inside.

Steps, FAQs, notices, lists, photos and buttons. Each one comes with its formatting done, so there is no way to break the guide by writing inside it.

  7. 07

And the detail of each one.

Pick something and this column tells you where it goes. Which section, in what order, and at which point of the stay the guest is shown it.

  8. 08

    Before, during, checkout and after.

The same guide shows different things depending on the day. Here you check each moment before publishing it. The QR is the property link, with no booking behind it: only what is always true shows there.

  9. 09

    On whichever phone.

Three real phone sizes, and the zoom. The guide opens on an actual phone, and what fits the large one may not fit the small one.

  10. 10

And see it as the guest sees it.

Opens the published guide, outside the editor. It is the same page the QR leads to, with none of the panel around it.

  11. 11

    Save and publish.

The mark beside the title tells you whether what you see is already published or whether something is still unsaved. Nothing is saved here: this is a demo, and it says so.

Everything about the house, on your guest's phone.

They open one link and there it is: how to get in, the wifi, the area and the checkout time. In the same place they leave their details before travelling, ask for an extra and report a fault. Nothing to install and no account to create.

One QR per property

Each section's link survives renaming or reordering the guide. A printed QR keeps leading to the same place.

Codes, at their hour

The door code and the wifi password appear 48 hours before they arrive and stop showing once they leave.

In their language

NYMA replies in whatever language the guest writes in. We have tested it all the way through, from their message to the reply.

They ask for an extra right there

The late checkout, the cot, a transfer. The request reaches you with its booking and its dates, you say yes or no, and it is charged through the payment gateway you have set up.

They leave their details before arriving

Who is coming and how many, from the same link, so you are not chasing it on WhatsApp the night before. The traveller registration form is filed by a specialist company we work with, not NYMA: that data does not pass through here.

And whatever else you sell

If you have a restaurant, a spa or airport transfers, we build their mini app inside this same link. Your guest does not have to open anything else.

Half an hour and you build it with one of your properties in front of you.

With your photos, your wifi and your house rules. If it does not fit, we will say so on the call.
